There is a variety of uses and many benefits for essential oils. I want to walk you through what I call my 12 pantry staple essential oils. These are essential oils I have on hand and use one or another of them everyday.
There are so many ways to use essential oils but one of the easiest ways is to use them with a diffuser. Research shows that diffusing, depending on which essential oil you are using, can:

- Reduce fungus, mold, bacteria and unpleasant aromas
Just to name a few benefits, each essential oil has its own qualities that work with our bodies.
